It produces over 30000 tons of stainless steel pipes annually and has large warehousing and sales centers in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Chengdu, Sichuan, and Chongqing. It currently has more than 150 employees and an annual output value of over 500 million yuan. The company has strong technical strength and advanced production equipment, with more than 50 fully automatic production pipelines, more than 10 LD30 to LD280 cold rolling mills, 3 large automatic solution annealing furnaces, more than 20 types of lathes, a maximum tensile force of up to 1000 tons for 0830MM lathes, more than 50 straightening and lathe equipment, more than 30 intelligent pipe welding production lines, and 12 pipe forming machines. We can produce standard products in full size, with a maximum length of 15 meters for fixed length. The product inspection and testing equipment includes advanced equipment and testing methods such as spectral material analyzer, metallographic analyzer, carbon sulfur analyzer, online eddy current flaw detector, expansion and flattening testing machine, water pressure and air pressure testing machine, tensile testing machine, salt spray testing machine, vibration testing machine, etc., to ensure the excellent quality of the products.
